You will hold for a technical support representative who has specific knowledge about the issue for which you are calling. Support is available only for telephone consultation. We do not provide technical support services via email or fax.

Software Return Policy

We will not accept returns on software. Upon payment in full for software, it will be released and shipped. However, if your product is damaged, we will replace it at no charge.
